Pheeew!

Well, that’s one of the biggest sighs of joy and relief of the year, from having seen the North Carolina A&T State University admissions materials go to print. For the past year, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn all about the university and pour all of my creative energy into the project. Nothing is more fulfilling than working with an institution whose educational philosophy is in line with my own thinking and natural tendencies. Quite frankly, never have I imagined breathing and sleeping A&T every day, or any project for that matter, would be that awesome! You know how every marketing book advises you to believe in the product first in order to sell it and your results would be tenfold? NC A&T is definitely a perfect example of that!

Toto, we’re not in Greensboro anymore.

Every once in awhile a new restaurant opens that is truly unique to the area and becomes the talk of the town.  Bin 33 is that restaurant in Greensboro.  Located in downtown, this exclusive restaurant makes you feel like you’re in another city.  It even makes an old guy like me feel kind of hip and cool, which doesn’t happen very often anymore.  The faux worn walls, vintage lighting and classic furniture (some from the Beverly Hills Wilshire Hotel) create a casual, yet stylish ambience.

Can we truly “be all things for all people”?

There is no question that the guy that produces American cheese sells far more product than the guy that produces underwater pumpkin carving kits.  From what I can tell, underwater pumpkin carving is somewhat common in high-tourist, scuba zones, (Key West, Maui, etc.), and is a seasonal product.  Coincidentally enough, American Cheese is popular all over America, and available everywhere from grocery stores, discount stores, and even convenience stores any day of the year.  Without substantial research to back up my hypothesis, I am going to go out on a limb and make the statement, that I am certain the volume of American Cheese sales is drastically higher than the volume of underwater pumpkin carving kits.  So which is better?
