Sitting is bad

I don’t like to write blogs. I usually have a hard time coming up with something interesting to talk about that incorporates my work place and my position - production manager. However, after listening to a story on NPR (Yes! I listen to NPR) a few weeks ago, I was moved to write a blog for the Bouvier Kelly website.

Farewell to the typewriter

Earlier this week, a colleague posted on Facebook a story about the last typewriter factory in the world shutting down this week. It made me reflect on just how much things have changed in the last 20 years.

Being a Mentor

Discovering the most intelligent section of the newspaper

Back in my high school and college days, I loved to get the Sunday paper. Not so much for the narcissistic opinions, the slanted reporting or the ridiculous sales circulars. What I really looked forward to was the comics section. In particular, Calvin and Hobbes.
